About Us

We set the cleaning standards for chemical transport vehicles and containers in Turkey, protecting the environment and our future.

Since 2006

Our Mission

As the Association of Chemical Transport Vehicle Cleaners, our mission is to create standards for the cleaning of vehicles and equipment carrying all chemical products transported by road or combined transport, to monitor that cleaning operations comply with these standards, and to protect the air, water, and soil environments by ensuring that member facilities discharge and dispose of wastewater and solid wastes generated during and after cleaning in accordance with Environmental Legislation.

For these purposes, the Association of Chemical Transport Vehicle Cleaners (KTTD) was established on 01.06.2006.

Additionally, KTTD is a member of EFTCO (The European Federation of Tank Cleaning Organisations) and is the only organization representing our country in EFTCO. EFTCO is a confederation of Associations representing Cleaning Stations in European Countries.

The legal basis for the Association's activities, the Communiqué on Tanker Cleaning Facilities, entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 29.1.2009 and numbered 27125.
